This includes the full interior of the home, the screened back porch, and access to the shared backyard firepit area. Parking is available on the left side of the driveway, including the covered carport space. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Guests may use the screened porch and backyard firepit area. The firepit space is shared with the neighboring unit. Firewood is included for guest use. Please note that the right side of the duplex and the right driveway area are reserved for the neighboring unit.
