Guests are responsible for following all posted pool rules and ensuring gates or access points remain secured when not in use. Because this is one side of a duplex, guests may occasionally hear or see occupants of the neighboring unit. The backyard for this unit is private, and the left side of the driveway is reserved for guest parking.
